Using range

Dyj-s anti - static controller is an automatic control system for testing electrostatic grounding for loading and unloading of petrochemical products. The ground signal is detected by the ground clamp. When the resistance of the electrostatic discharge circuit between the tank car and the ground pile exceeds the specified safety resistance value, the sound and light alarm signal is output for the on-site staff to timely understand the working state of the system, and the switch volume signal is also output for the use of a third party.

Especially suitable for liquid petrochemical products with frequent turnover, such as inflammable and explosive, etc., such as:

1. Fuel oil loading system (including railway tank car and road tank car);

2. Sealed loading of liquid benzene and hydrocarbons;

3. Filling system of other chemical products;

System composition and functions

The dyj-s type electrostatic controller is mainly composed of main control panel, DSC electrostatic grounding clamp, DG reset panel and grounding wire.

1. Main control panel

A. Detect the signal of DSC electrostatic ground clamp;

B. Drive alarm to issue sound and light alarm signal;

C. Output relay switching signal to loading/unloading system such as oil payment;

2. DSC electrostatic ground clamp

A. special cemented carbide top;

B. Break the paint and remove the rust to ensure the car body is well grounded;

C. With 7 m PU spiral.

3. The DG place plate

Test whether the DSC grounding clamp is reset after use as the basis of standby status of the system.

4. The earth wire

A. Introduce static electricity from the car body into the ground to ensure the generation of static electricity equipment Safe ground;

B. The standard distribution cable is 3 meters long (length can be customized).
